Licensing
How oddOS AI Orchestrator ("oddOS") is licensed and provided. This page is a summary: the binding terms are in the Software License Agreement (EULA) and the Data Processing Agreement signed with each client.
[01]
White-label: your brand, not ours
- The guest app runs under your property's name, logo and colors, on a web address of your choice: a ready-made address from day one, or your own (for example guest.yourhotel.com). Guests never see oddOS or oddtank.
- Using your own address takes one DNS record on your side; we set up the secure connection (HTTPS) and renew it automatically. Your main website, domain and email stay entirely yours and untouched.
- Messages, the guest guide, the loyalty program and the digital key all carry your brand. You own the guest relationship.
- Behind the scenes, oddtank hosts, maintains and upgrades the platform for you.
[02]
The license
- oddOS AI Orchestrator is provided as a cloud service (SaaS). This is the product name used in license agreements, invoices and ESPA documents. Each business receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its own property or properties.
- The software, source code, AI models and digital content remain the exclusive property of the software creator, oddtank. No ownership is transferred. White-label means branded for you, not owned by you: running oddOS on your domain does not transfer any rights in it.
- Your domain stays yours, and so does its upkeep: renewal, DNS and keeping the record in place. When the subscription ends, you remove the record and we remove your address from the platform.
- You do not need your own servers or infrastructure. Hosting, maintenance and upgrades are part of the service.
[03]
What the license covers
- The guest app, the control center and all four pillars (Phase 1), within the scope of your package (Studio, Boutique or Resort).
- The add-on modules you choose, each activated and documented separately.
- Your web address: Studio runs on a branded address on the oddOS domain (your own domain is a one-off extra of €250); Boutique includes your own domain; Resort also sends guest emails from your domain.
- The type and number of licenses are stated in your license agreement.
[04]
Cost structure
- A one-off implementation fee that includes the first year of service.
- A yearly subscription from the second year, covering cloud hosting, AI, upgrades and support.
- Add-on modules have their own one-off and yearly fees. Extra AR points, system connections, training sessions and support hours are quoted separately.
- Payment terms: 50% on signature, 50% on delivery and the activation certificate.
[05]
Your data
- Your guests' data belongs to your business. oddtank acts as data processor on your behalf, under a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
- Data is hosted inside the European Union and kept fully separate for each business.
- Guest data is never used to train third-party AI models. Automated commercial decisions (pricing, targeting) are transparent and configurable by you.
- The agreement sets out how your data is returned or deleted when the subscription ends.
[06]
Service levels
- Availability target of 99.5% per year, with daily backups kept for 30 days.
- The availability target covers the oddOS platform. If you use your own web address, its domain and DNS stay under your control, so outages caused by them (for example an expired domain) fall outside it. Your ready-made oddOS address keeps working as a backup.
- Support response within 4 business hours for critical issues and within 1 business day for everything else, throughout the season.
- Upgrades are included in the subscription, with minimal, planned downtime.
[07]
